16:1I commend to you Phoebe our sister, who is a servant of the church in Cenchrea,I commend unto you Phebe our sister, which is a servant of the church which is at Cenchrea:
16:2that you may receive her in the Lord in a manner worthy of the saints, and that you assist her in whatever business she has need of you; because she has been a helper of many and of myself also.That ye receive her in the Lord, as becometh saints, and that ye assist her in whatsoever business she hath need of you: for she hath been a succourer of many, and of myself also.
16:3Greet Priscilla and Aquila, my helpers in Christ Jesus,Greet Priscilla and Aquila my helpers in Christ Jesus:
16:4who risked their own necks for my life, to whom not only I give thanks, but also all the churches of the Gentiles.Who have for my life laid down their own necks: unto whom not only I give thanks, but also all the churches of the Gentiles.
16:13Greet Rufus, chosen in the Lord, and his mother and mine.Salute Rufus chosen in the Lord, and his mother and mine.
16:14Greet Asyncritus, Phlegon, Hermas, Patrobas, Hermes, and the brethren who are with them.Salute Asyncritus, Phlegon, Hermas, Patrobas, Hermes, and the brethren which are with them.
16:15Greet Philologus and Julia, Nereus and his sister, and Olympas, and all the saints who are with them.Salute Philologus, and Julia, Nereus, and his sister, and Olympas, and all the saints which are with them.

16:17Now I urge you, brethren, note those who cause divisions and offenses, contrary to the doctrine which you learned, and avoid them.Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them.
16:18Because, those who are such do not serve our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly, and by smooth words and flattering speech deceive the hearts of the simple.For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple.
16:19Because, your obedience has become known to everyone. Therefore I am glad on your behalf; but I want you to be wise in what is good, and simple concerning evil.For your obedience is come abroad unto all men. I am glad therefore on your behalf: but yet I would have you wise unto that which is good, and simple concerning evil.
16:20And the God of peace will crush Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.
16:21Timothy, my fellow worker, and Lucius, Jason, and Sosipater, my countrymen, greet you.Timotheus my workfellow, and Lucius, and Jason, and Sosipater, my kinsmen, salute you.
