| 10:1 | Then He arose from there and came to the region of Judea by the other side of the Jordan. And crowds gathered to Him again, and as He was accustomed, He taught them again. | And he arose from thence, and cometh into the coasts of Judaea by the farther side of Jordan: and the people resort unto him again; and, as he was wont, he taught them again. |
| 10:2 | Then the Pharisees came to Him and asked Him, "Is it lawful for a man to put away his wife?" testing Him. | And the Pharisees came to him, and asked him, Is it lawful for a man to put away his wife? tempting him. |
| 10:3 | And He answered and said to them, "What did Moses command you?" | And he answered and said unto them, What did Moses command you? |
| 10:4 | They said, "Moses permitted a man to write a certificate of divorce, and to dismiss her." | And they said, Moses suffered to write a bill of divorcement, and to put her away. |
| 10:5 | And Jesus replied and said to them, "Because of the hardness of your heart he wrote you this precept." | And Jesus answered and said unto them, For the hardness of your heart he wrote you this precept. |
| 10:6 | But from the beginning of the creation, God 'made them male and female.'" | But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female. |
| 10:7 | 'For this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife," | For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and cleave to his wife; |

| 10:13 | Then they brought little children to Him, that He might touch them; but his disciples rebuked those who brought them. | And they brought young children to him, that he should touch them: and his disciples rebuked those that brought them. |
| 10:14 | But when Jesus saw it, He was greatly displeased and said to them, "Permit the little children to come to Me, and do not forbid them; because, of such is the kingdom of God." | But when Jesus saw it, he was much displeased, and said unto them, Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God. |
| 10:15 | Truly, I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God as a little child will not enter into it." | Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter therein. |

| 10:18 | So Jesus said to him, "Why do you call Me good? No one is good but One, that is, God." | And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God. |
| 10:19 | You know the commandments: 'Do not commit adultery,' 'Do not murder,' 'Do not steal,' 'Do not bear false witness,' 'Do not defraud,' 'Honor your father and your mother.'" | Thou knowest the commandments, Do not commit adultery, Do not kill, Do not steal, Do not bear false witness, Defraud not, Honour thy father and mother. |
| 10:20 | And he replied and said to Him, "Teacher, all these things I have observed from my youth." | And he answered and said unto him, Master, all these have I observed from my youth. |
| 10:21 | Then Jesus, looking at him, loved him, and said to him, "One thing you lack: Go your way, sell whatever you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven; and come, take up the cross, and follow Me." | Then Jesus beholding him loved him, and said unto him, One thing thou lackest: go thy way, sell whatsoever thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, take up the cross, and follow me. |

| 10:23 | Then Jesus looked around and said to His disciples, "How hard it is for those who have riches to enter the kingdom of God!" | And Jesus looked round about, and saith unto his disciples, How hardly shall they that have riches enter into the kingdom of God! |
| 10:24 | And the disciples were astonished at His words. But Jesus responded again and said to them, "Children, how hard it is for those who trust in riches to enter the kingdom of God!" | And the disciples were astonished at his words. But Jesus answereth again, and saith unto them, Children, how hard is it for them that trust in riches to enter into the kingdom of God! |

| 10:30 | who will not receive a hundredfold now in this time, houses and brothers and sisters and mothers and children and lands, with persecutions, and in the age to come, eternal life." | But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life. |

| 10:38 | But Jesus said to them, "You do not know what you ask. Are you able to drink the cup that I drink of, and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with?" | But Jesus said unto them, Ye know not what ye ask: can ye drink of the cup that I drink of? and be baptized with the baptism that I am baptized with? |
| 10:39 | They said to Him, "We are able." So Jesus said to them, "You will indeed drink the cup that I drink, and with the baptism I am baptized with you will be baptized; | And they said unto him, We can. And Jesus said unto them, Ye shall indeed drink of the cup that I drink of; and with the baptism that I am baptized withal shall ye be baptized: |
| 10:40 | but to sit on My right hand and on My left hand is not Mine to give, but it will be given to those for whom it is prepared." | But to sit on my right hand and on my left hand is not mine to give; but it shall be given to them for whom it is prepared. |

| 10:52 | Then Jesus said to him, "Go your way; your faith has made you well." And immediately he received his sight and followed Jesus on the road. | And Jesus said unto him, Go thy way; thy faith hath made thee whole. And immediately he received his sight, and followed Jesus in the way. |
