13:5Let your conduct be without covetousness; and be content with such things as you have. Because He Himself has said, "I will never leave you nor forsake you."Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
13:6So that we may boldly say: "The LORD is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do to me!"So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.
13:7Remember your leaders, who have spoken the word of God to you, whose faith follow, considering the outcome of their conduct.Remember them which have the rule over you, who have spoken unto you the word of God: whose faith follow, considering the end of their conversation.

13:9Do not be carried about with various and strange doctrines. Because, it is good that the heart be established with grace, not with foods which have not profited those who have been occupied with them.Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines. For it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace; not with meats, which have not profited them that have been occupied therein.

13:12Therefore Jesus also, that He might sanctify the people with His own blood, suffered outside the gate.Wherefore Jesus also, that he might sanctify the people with his own blood, suffered without the gate.
13:13Therefore let us go forth to Him, outside the camp, bearing His reproach.Let us go forth therefore unto him without the camp, bearing his reproach.
13:14Because, here we have no continuing city, but we seek the one to come. For here have we no continuing city, but we seek one to come.
13:15Therefore by Him let us continually offer the sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of our lips, giving thanks to His name.By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.
13:16But do not forget to do good and to share, because with such sacrifices God is well pleased. But to do good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.
13:17Obey those who lead you, and be submissive, because they watch out for your souls, as those who must give account. Let them do so with joy and not with grief, because that is unprofitable for you.Obey them that have the rule over you, and submit yourselves: for they watch for your souls, as they that must give account, that they may do it with joy, and not with grief: for that is unprofitable for you.
13:18Pray for us; because, we are confident that we have a good conscience in all things, desiring to live honorably.Pray for us: for we trust we have a good conscience, in all things willing to live honestly.
13:19But I especially urge you to do this, that I may be restored to you the sooner. But I beseech you the rather to do this, that I may be restored to you the sooner.
13:20Now may the God of peace who brought up our Lord Jesus from the dead, that great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant,Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant,
13:21make you complete in every good work to do His will, working in you what is well pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.Make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
13:22And I urge you, brethren, bear with the word of exhortation, because I have written to you in few words. And I beseech you, brethren, suffer the word of exhortation: for I have written a letter unto you in few words.
13:23Know that our brother Timothy has been set free, with whom I shall see you if he comes shortly.Know ye that our brother Timothy is set at liberty; with whom, if he come shortly, I will see you.
